Not only did Tony make the task of looking for a new place to live simple, but he somehow managed to make the process fun and effortless for me. Throughout the search, very close attention was paid to my concerns and needs. Because of this, very little time was wasted and Tony and I were able to find a new place for me to live within a couple of weeks. What a relief !! There are not many times in life that you run into a true professional in their industry, however I must say that this is absolutely one of those times. Tony - Thank you again for the great job! Dear Mr. Schultz,
I recently rented an apartment in Hastings through Tony Segno of your New Rochelle office. I wanted to let you know what a pleasant experience I had with Tony. As you know, deciding on a new residence is usually a fairly stressful process. Tony took the stress out of it. He has a calm, soothing demeanor which immediately puts you at ease. I know how hard he works because he seemed to have appointments all day long, yet he always managed to make time for me on short notice. He is very professional and very good at followup without putting you under any pressure. Overall, a very good experience. I will not hesitate to call Tony the next time I look for a new place to live.

Hello Val,
I would like to take a few minutes out to share with you an experience I had with Tony Segno.
Where do I begin. I needed to move from my current residence in the Bronx and time was of the essence. Due to some unfortunate circumstances it was difficult for me to secure the type of residence that I was looking for. Then along came Tony.
Tony told me he was not going to put me in anything that he would not put his family in. He worked diligently and tirelessly everyday viewing and reviewing different residences for me. He would not show me any places unless he thought the place was somewhere I would be comfortable living in. After several showings, Tony knew exactly what type of place I was looking for and got right down to business.
Tony knew the circumstances of my background but did not allow that to hinder his quest for an appropriate place for me and my daughter to live. Tony told me don''t let my past circumstances get me down and assured me that he would get me into a great place. We would look at places at 9 am on the weekends or 8 pm at night. I always told Tony he was the hardest working guy in Westchester. I don''t think Tony ever slept.
Throughout the entire process he was great, attentive and listened to my likes and dislikes.
Then finally, we found a place that I really liked, but it was a little overpriced. Armed with motivation and persistence, Tony was not only able to get my application approved, he was also able to negotiate a more affordable rent for me. "Oh happy day" (singing)!
I moved into my new place in the beginning of October and am very pleased with my new residence. Thanks to Tony''s perseverance, inspiration and congenial attitude, I am happy and comfortable at last.
Working with Tony was a pleasure. He is an asset to Anchor RE and a fine upstanding guy.
The next time I move I will be looking to buy and I will definitely will want Tony Segano on my team!

Hello Val,

I recently (yesterday!) found an apartment in Westchester County through Tony Segno, and I wanted to let you know what excellent and helpful service Tony provided. I am moving from Pittsburgh to the Westchester area to begin a great new job. I arrived in town on Monday, armed with a ton of leads that I had found online on craigslist and other classifieds. Unfortunately, they all turned out to be awful. The neighborhoods were terrible, and most of the time, I didn't even bother viewing the apartment, because it looked so awful from the outside. I kept getting lost in bad neighborhoods and, in general, had a really terrible and discouraging day.
That night, I remembered that I had found your company's website, and I decided to call Tony for help. He was professional, kind, courteous, accomodating, and extremely helpful. He came to meet me where I was staying and I followed him to the two places he had picked out for me based on my specifications. I was so discouraged and disheartened by my own unsuccessful search, so it was a real pleasure and a sincere relief to have a knowledgeable expert to assist me. He didn't just provide much needed practical assistance; I also got the sense that he really genuinely cared about finding me a clean, safe, and wonderful place for me to live. Through Tony, I found a wonderful apartment in the Fleetwood area of Mount Vernon, and I'll be moving in a few weeks.
I will be certain to recommend Tony and your company to anyone looking for an excellent apartment and excellent service. You are fortunate to have such a caring and committed person like Tony Segno on your staff.
